Rosie Stern, BSc, Grad Dip Food Tech. & MSc (USW), M. Nut & Diet (Syd), has been an Accredited Practicing Dietitian for over 20 years. Rosie has consulted in several Clinical Dietetic Practices including Bondi Junction, Redfern and Matraville and has consulted at hospitals and various age care facilities.
Rosie also has assisted with Research, Teaching at universities and TAFE and consulting to the Food Manufacturing and Food Safety sectors of the food industry.
In addition, Rosie has assisted in researching food safety, infant and other vulnerable populations, aged care nutrition requirements and the Glycaemic Index of foods and the Prebiotics effects of foods.
Rosie has also assisted university students as a co supervisor in their Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics courses.
At present Rosie is available at this clinic Tuesday mornings by appointment.
