Dietitian - Judy Fox
Judy has been a practising Dietitian for almost 30 years with a career ranging from the Chief Dietitian at The Children's Hospital in Sydney to senior roles within several public teaching hospitals. She has had a book published in infant feeding and is passionately interested in Nutrition in pregnancy.
Judy has had a particular interest also in treating eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia.
The last 15 years has been devoted to private practice enjoying teaching and motivating everyday people to make the most significant contribution to their health by modifying their diet to achieve ideal weight, lower cholesterol and manage diseases such as Diabetes, High blood pressure, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Osteoporosis, Heart disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Food allergies.
Judy is the mother of 4 and a passionate cook, entertainer and restaurant goer. She strongly believes it is all about balance. We need to eat great foods and provide our body with maximum nutrition for health and enjoy every bit of it.
Judy does not believe in complex diet sheets which generally confuse people but aims to provide patients with optimism about eating that is manageable and enjoyable for the long term and compatible with the stresses and time limitations of family life.
Judy is particularly interested also in nutrition for cancer patients and those suffering long term debilitating diseases.
